10 straight leg hanging leg raises
15 side plank ups L to 5 dumbbell hugs L
15 side plank ups L to 5 dumbbell hugs L
20 russian twists w/10 lb plate
x5 rounds for time.
50 V Crunches (timed)
1 min plank
x2 rounds
My first video how to - I had just finished my workout so I'm pretty much busted. What a debut. Anyway, as we all knew, I'm not a model. I'm a normal person trying to get YOU off the couch :).
