Hey guys! Today's workout is a full body heart pumping arm scorcher. Because arms should look like arms, and not turkey necks or bat wings. Turkey is food, not something we want to emulate anatomically :).

Narrow Squat Kick with Upright Row
Squat Hold with Bicep Curl
Limbo Pushups
Reverse Hamstring Curls with Stability Ball
Low Plank Tricep Rockers
X3 rounds - WRITE DOWN YOUR REPS!
