Grip & Good Morning Workout

Hey guys!

Today's workout is short but very intense.

5 pull up to leg raise
20 good mornings
20 jumping split squats
x5 rounds
THEN
30 reverse grip shoulder press burpees

All for time.

Note: the noise of the dogs lapping up water in the background.
